4) Assessment Centre
- Business Case Study (4 people in a group, 20 minutes to read a case and 25 minutes to discuss the case. One HR and two line managers were there)
- Role Play (One on one with line manager)
They then evaluated your performance for the two tasks then would ask you for a final interview with one of the line managers if performed well.
- Final interview: Questions were similar to those in the phone interview.
They then asked me to wait for a phone call and I would be contacted within 2 weeks - still waiting now. But I heard some people got their offers the day after the AC.

Entretien
5 rounds: CV, Online Assessment through SHL, one-way Video Interview, Group Case, and Final Interview. Total time taken from beginning till end: 3 months.
I believe a strong CV with relevant experience in banking or activities that shows yourself as a dynamic person with good problem-solving mindset (case competitions, side projects) is a key to successfully pass first 3 rounds.

+ Give me an example of a time when you changed your own ways of working in response to a change at work
+ Describe a time when you went through a series of steps to influence an individual or group on an important issue.
Group case: short and simple case on strategy.
Final Interview: Motivation for HSBC, MA program and the applied division; situational questions like time management, conflict management
