strengths-based and technical/motivational interviews by two different managers and another video interview, which is similar to the job simulation but MUCH MORE CHALLENGING. You can't predict, prepare and answer these video questions.

The final stage of the recruitment process is the assessment centre involves 2 parts, behavioural questions and motivational/technical questions. Each section lasts 30mins. The questions includes why HSBC? why this division?

Online Application, First round online test, Video Interview and Assessment Centre. The overall process was very good planned and organized. The Interview experience was great. It lasted about 3-4 hours. It involved group session and 1 to 1 interviews with different topics.
