J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez HSBC (New York, NY) en août 2017
Entretien
I applied online. I received an interview about 2-weeks later with the branch manager. It was fairly easy, nothing out of the ordinary. Was asked about my previous work experience & banking experience. If I had any knowledge about the company. Describe myself, my work ethic & what I was looking to achieve with working at this company. A week later I received an offer a part-time teller position.
The application process to the hiring took about 3 weeks. After that it was your normal background check, drug testing & about 1-1.5 months of training.
Submit online application and passed online simulation, similar to what role would entail. Had a telephone interview, then in person interview at the building. Interview was okay but started late and felt rushed. Completed online based interview. Lengthy process for minimum salary, and long hours. Took 14 days to hear back. Not worth the hassle

I was invited to do an online assessment that was about answering a fake call from a customer and helping them through a banking problem they were having, then a screening call, finally an in-person interview
