J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez HSBC en mars 2017
Entretien
I had a telephone interview for this role, after having completed an application form and taken a situational questionnaire online. The interviewer asked about three questions, which were competency based and required specific examples. Two of the questions were about providing customer service, and the other was one where I had to provide an example of when I overcame difficulty to achieve a result (This was the question I struggled most with). The questions and interview process were not too difficult overall, and my lack of success was mostly due to nerves/lack of experience.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Describe a time you went above and beyond to provide good customer service
Submit online application and passed online simulation, similar to what role would entail. Had a telephone interview, then in person interview at the building. Interview was okay but started late and felt rushed. Completed online based interview. Lengthy process for minimum salary, and long hours. Took 14 days to hear back. Not worth the hassle
