Fairly easy. Aimed at creating relaxed interview to put you at ease. Competency based questions, which are fine so long as one is well prepared. 1 interview and then offered the position. Did a good job at outlining what the role was and the responsibilities it included.

Usually 2 rounds. First with the team head then another with Cluster manager (with an added investment specialist).
Investment specialist will drill candidate to see if they are knowledgeable enough when it comes to investment products.

Not professional, they have hard time get any employees due to the reputation, and pay structure. Manager doesn’t know how to manage people. They tried to hire two relationships managers for almost one year, but they can’t get anyone
