One round interview in English, cantanese and mandarin. Simply talk about yourself and your background. Very straight forward, Nothing tricky. Lasting around half hour. The location was at tai kok Tusi. One on one interview. I got the offer the day after. Report duty after background check.

(example: deposite check and find out the current account balance/ find out current exchange rate for Japanese yen/ satisfy or safitfy for waiting 20 mins / like to find out more about hsbc online banking facilities)

Received an email for the online assessment a few days after my application. It was basic scenario questions. Then, I was invited for an interview. The interview was easy and quick, just general questions. I got an offer then.
