Interviewed with a partner and an associate for 30mins.
The associate kept asking me some technical questions which were very questionable in terms of the interview. Overall, the HR didn't even ask for my availability and just spammed me with 4 different emails because they keep rescheduling internally.

If a firm is identical (forecasts, historical, pretty much everything), why would they trade differently- the answer was that the management track record was 10 vs the other 15 years. Anyhow, the firm is then not identical.

Online immersive assessment where you watch Videos, and read extracts to derive information from. Use that info to calculate certain financial data related to the business simulation, Then a couple of situational judgement questions with options. Surprisingly no timer. But I assume there is some sort of timer in the backend checking how long it takes you to process info

First round: Online immersive assessment - a video delivered documentary assessment covering behaviours, values, and HSBC specific numerical reasoning and critical analyst items.
Second Round: Online job simulation assessment - video delivered business-line aligned assessment, covering verbal, written skills as well as behaviour and critical analysis.
