A lot of hurrying and then a lot of nothing. I got an email from a recruiter and an invite to do a video interview the same day. Within days, I was speaking to the recruiter, then the hiring manager. Hiring manager interview was great and she invited me to a second round at the end of the call. That second round was scheduled for the following week. Second round went reasonably well but they completely ghosted me - no feedback, no rejection, nothing.
