I only had contact with an interviewer, she was a recruitment firm employee that was doing interviews for the position of sales rep for Secom, a supplement firm. She was very nice, we met in the afternoon at their office which was an apartment. She gave me a list of over 250 questions to be answered in a highly agree- highly disagree manner, which was a psychological exam, mainly focused on the personality of the candidate. Questions were like: "Would you steal from your employer?", "Have you every stolen from your employer?". After the test was through and I was exhausted she asked me personally a few questions about the job, even though I have never worked in that position. I found the interview to be normal, just like all the others I have been to. No reply unfortunately.
