The interview process usually consists of 3 stages. You will then have a telephone interview with the internal recruiter who will bring you in for a 2nd stage. Over the course of the next 2 interviews you meeting the directors and team leaders. You will also do a Q&A with a new hire. Very solid interview process and they put you at ease.
