Multiple rounds of assessments and interview. Quite technical rounds. Took three months. Offered competitive compensation. Human resources round and discussion with senior management. Meeting with peers and phone n in person interviews
Short and clear review by team leader then task and showing the task to the team and department leader. After that I waited maybe a week and a half and I got an offer to the job

It was face to face 3 round. Quest was average, question will be common. They looking technical person.so it would be better if you are developer, as they are looking very specific technology person.
