Overall process was similar to other placement application process. Consisted initially of an online application, to which I then had a phone interview. Following this, I was invited for a final interview, where I was interviewed by two people. Prior to the interview, I had a meeting with the intern that I would be replacing to discuss their experience, job role they had and answer any questions I had, before my interview.
