I had previously turned down a job offer from them and recruiting reached out a few years later about a different role. I had a 30 min phone screen with them. It was clear they wanted someone who had direct experience in construction at the time.

Extensive interview process- 2 telephone interviews and then 4 hours of Zoom meetings (face to face) intervenes with 5 different people ending with a sales call role place. This sounds awful but actually was a blast!
