It was a Interview process very straight forward. Mainly maybe as the HR team was unaware of job needs, as not real digital company only only the Manager was aware of his position needs. So all went very fast It has been 3 calls, 1st around my experience and whats the role about. 2nd a intense skype call with the knowledgable Marketing Manager, 3rd was the offer and concreting conditions as pay.
