J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez HNTB (Houston, TX) en oct. 2021
Entretien
I was contacted ahead of time by an HR rep from HNTB, and she was a big help in assisting the setup process. I was allowed to choose from a selection of interview times; this was likely the process since it was college recruiting. About a week later, I had my interview with a team of 5 people from the department I'd likely be working. I talked to each of them, and they all provided input and listened to me as well. It was an official interview, but didn't feel too pressuring - it was a slightly more relaxed environment.

Question 1
What is one thing you want to learn at our company?
The interviewer seemed a bit uninterested since the beginning (was on his phone at times as I was answering questions whilst also having pen and paper to take notes), however he was nice, and I enjoyed answering the questions I was given. Also gave a sufficient amount of time for me to ask questions.
