After applying you wait around 3 weeks to get a response. You then get invited to a virtual interview of about 20 minutes to start the process and then they will contact you via email if you have been successful. The job was not right for me and that was quite evident so it didn't progress following this but the interviewer was kind and it felt relaxed and casual.

It was a refreshingly simple process, with just a cv submitted them immediately to an in person interview without having to pass lots of automated tests. The interview itself was very nice and casual and the interviewer was lovely. However, I was really disappointed by the fact that I never heard a response afterwards despite me emailing multiple times to even get a rejection, which I think is very poor form given that the last five minutes of the interview were spent discussing my availability for the next round.
