I will assume that the lengthy and disorganized interview process offers some insight into how the Sales Enablement team functions and how the leaders collaborate with their internal Recruiters. With that said, I would not recommend investing any time in an interview with this organization.
I received a templated response to my original application stating that I was not selected for an interview. No problem...all is well. A week later, I received a request to interview with six people, 2 at a time for one hour each. I had no contact with a recruiter about the position or objectives and was not given any information about the people I was meeting or how the role fit in the organization before the 3 hours of video interviews.
Nevertheless, I invested time in preparation and engagement with the various members of this team. During the week that these interviews occurred, I never heard from the Recruiter.
Once the interviews were complete, I still did not hear anything from anyone. I eventually reached out a couple of times and then was told that the role was "put on hold". I then saw that the role was then immediately reposted.
I believe this is probably a good group of folks that are working to do their best in a dynamic environment. However, even thought I am "just a candidate", my time is also valuable and at the very least, the Recruiting team should facilitate the candidate experience enough to keep great candidates excited about this role over many others that are available.
