In three words: an utter shambles. Similar to the rest of the day to day running of the Civil Service - deadlines mean absolutely nothing. I can only guess they pull random dates out of thin air as a joke, in order to cause maximum chaos and uncertainty for candidates. At every stage I was told later than originally planned: - Education, Situational Questions, and written responses - Online tests: Verbal and numerical - Sift -Invitation to assessment centre, written exercise, presentation on topic given before the day, and interview. Feedback after the day didn't make sense, constant contradictions in feedback - almost as if they were just trying to find something to say. I also had to chase this up over multiple weeks. - ????? Despite completing assessment centre in early January and told i'd hear 'within 2-3 days', they took 12 days to put me 'on hold'. Saying they have to wait until everyone else finishes assessment centres and I should hear before the 2nd March. Find out on 5th March I may have to wait until 22nd June...
