The process was relatively painless... I met Jacqui from HR when she came to Virginia Tech and passed along my resume to her. About 3 weeks later, I got an email to come in for an interview. I made the trek up there but was unfortunately thwarted by weather and had to postpone the interview for the following Monday. The interview day was laid back and gives the candidates plenty of time for questions. We began by visiting a job site in Arlington, VA overlooking the Pentagon. Here we could talk to the PE on site and find out firsthand what the position we were all applying for consisted of. After that was lunch where two entry level guys came in to talk with us more informally. After lunch were the round robin type interviews with three different Project Managers/VPs. The best part about their interview process is that they conduct these interview sessions monthly and offers are sent out that same Friday with a yes or no.
