The interview process was more extensive than expected for an entry-level position. I participated in six interviews, completed two exams, and presented for the team. While everyone I interacted with was welcoming and professional, I was ultimately not offered the initial position, and the rejection was communicated via a brief one-line email. Following this, I was invited to interview for a different role, but after the first interview, I did not receive any follow-up communication.
Although I was enthusiastic about the company and the potential to join the team, the lack of clarity and communication during the process was disappointing. It was a valuable learning experience, but it did leave me questioning the company's approach to candidate engagement.
