Was sent an email to schedule an interview with hiring manager, got a call with less than a half hour before the scheduled time confirming said interview. Once on the interview, the hiring manager and another manager on the panel stated that they didnt know they were having an interview until 5 minutes before the interview time. I thought the interview went well, it was over the phone with no video, basic questions about management and technical experience. They stated they would get back to me the following week. A month went by with no contact, followed up and again no contact. Found out through the website hiring profile I wasn't selected, not even a canned email, completely ghosted. Keep this in mind when applying that communication and courtesy is not in their vocabulary.
