Several rounds of interviews, each around 45 minutes. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable about the company. There was definitely a lack of professionalism in the latter rounds and I never received follow-up after the last interview. Ghosting candidates after hours spent interviewing has become the norm, unfortunately.
