2 Trainer talk to you to see if you fill the bill - You will have to wait for ages literally i had to wait from 3 PM in the afternoon till 8 PM before the trainer was available
3 Manager talks to you and finalizes the offer and comp

Got a call from the reputed organization through networking and had a telephonic interview finally got shortlisted and went to their premises for having a personal interview, met an Asst. Manager (HR) in the first round and got through to the next round to Centre HR Head and finally cleared the third & final round with Centre Head got selected.
