Not very elaborate. I had three rounds. First was a generic round with HR followed by a detailed interview with SME. The final round was with the CEo which was more focussed on handling of large projects and associated challenges. But though I was told that I am selected, I didnt get the confirmation till two long months and this left me hanging. I had to literally get after the HR to get a clear picture. Finally the call letter came and all was hunky dory thereafter.

All questions were hypothetical and hence there was no correct answers. The focus I guess was to see how i react to the same kind of situations being framed in different manner and whether I try to blame the system at any point of time.
