The interview process began with an initial conversation with HR to discuss my background, clarify expectations, and get to know each other better.
The second interview was with the department head, focusing on my experience, skills, and career goals. Following this, I was assigned a test to complete by the weekend after the second interview.
Finally, I had a brief follow-up phone call with the manager, after which I received the job offer.

Don't fall in the trap as I did, stay away. Two stage interview with the second being held at their office, in working hours, for no compensation. So the only way to interview with them is to take a day off. They have a written test that they actually ask you to write code on paper! This alone can speak volumes for this company. And then silence... No email or phone call. You spent money and time to interview with them and they didn't even had the courtesy of a simple email.
