It was two rounds of telephonic interview. Round1-- general questions on experience and current role. It was for 20 min Round 2- an hour long interview with panel on conference call. The response was positive. However, hr did not contact back with any feedback even after follow ups for 2 mths. At last, hr calls to ask when i gave interview and for what role and provides a feedback.

Interview process mainly consist of 4 steps. First round is a introductory interview via phone. Then I attend a technical interview. After that they provide me a test. After that test, I have to visit Berlin office and work with the other people for 5 hours. According to them after all this process only last step was pending. However, 1 week later they informed me that they already have a suitable candidate.
