Initial screen with HR; just a resume review.
1st round of 4 interviews with Managers and Directors in the target group and adjacent groups. Progressed to 2nd round 2 weeks later with 2 SVPs, 1 EVP, and CFO.
1st round had a handful of light case interviews, 2nd round seemed more like fit interviews.

first round was a call with the hiring manager (the recruiter was out of office and they were looking for a fast process, so we skipped that part), second call was with a potential team mate, third round was with 3 other people with whom I would work often if hires. Last round was with the VP of the business unit I was supposed to join. The overall process was smooth. We went through my CV and then had questions regarding past projects.

This has to be the WORST interview process I’ve ever experienced. First off, they contacted me to interview and actually said it was a quick and easy process. After 3 months and 5 interviews they up and decided to cancel the job and go another way with it. The recruiter was rude and unresponsive. I would go weeks without any updates and then they’d reach back out with more interviews. It was a complete waste of time and I would recommend thinking twice about getting involved with Here Technologies in terms of applying for a job, especially in this market.

The interview process consisted of two phone interviews, one with HR and one with the hiring manager. I also had to provide a work sample for the position. The phone interviews went well and then HR tried to sell me on a lower position. This really felt like a bait and switch and I found the whole process and company to be incredibly unprofessional. Avoid!
