A Written Test was conducted which was followed by Face to face interview through Campus Placement. For written test, 2 questions were given to check our scientific thinking towards development of GIS in today's world. The F2F interview was about Projects on personal level, Basics of ArcGIS and GIS as a whole entity.

Overall, I had two phones calls. One person was from corporate and the other was from the office from which I applied. They didn't ask too difficult of questions. Personally, just know your resume and the position for which you applied for and you should be fine.

The HR contacted me after 1-2 week when I applied. There were three interviews in a row, technical interview, interview with manager, interview with the HR. Each one took approximately one hour.
