1. First Interview was a phone screen with HR
2. Next step was interviewing with the Hiring Manager
3. After that was a WebEx interview with 3 team members and an on-site interview with the hiring manager the same day.
This interview process was extremely long. I started my interview process mid November. The first phone screen, the HR manager had a meeting ran over so he didn't call me or notify me until late.
The phone interview with hiring manager went well. I was excited to move forward with the interview process.
My on-site interview was delayed two weeks so the hiring manager could fly into the Chicago office. They scheduled me for a WebEx interview from 7am - 9am and an onsite interview at 1pm. I woke up early to get ready for my WebEx interview. The first interview went well. The second interviewer was a no show. I emailed HR, and the coordinator did not apologize and just said she didn't know what happened and to make sure I interview with the rest of the team members. I told her I planned on continuing to meet with the rest of the team. Then the third interviewer was a no show. The HR coordinator still did not apologize and asked if I could meet with those team members that were a no show on Thursday. I thought this was extremely rude since I woke up early and revolved my schedule around this interview and this interview was delayed two weeks already. Very unprofessional. I did not go in for the on-site interview after this.
