The interview process was very straightforward and open. The salary range was presented during the initial phone screen. During the in person interview, I met with the director of the group and two senior level team members. We discussed my previous work history and what skills I possessed. I was told about the core business and what a typical day is like. We discussed the company culture and how people interact with each other. Overall, it was a very positive discussion with all members.
