Entretien
After reviewing resume they offered to bring me on-site to explain the building and meet some of the team. I met with the managers for the IT department, and then on another date with more upper management as well. The interviews were mostly related to work ethic/values rather than skills.

Applied, and received an email with an interview offer within 1-2 weeks for a one way video interview (Recorded response). Easy questions, would allocate about an hour or so to record it. The main downside is there is almost no human interaction.

I applied for the position and received an invite to a one way video interview. I don't do one way interviews, I know how those work. You aren't worth working for if you can't do a real interview.
