I submitted my application online and waited for about three weeks. One day I got the phone call from HR, asking me some basic questions. Then I was told that I got the offer.

Entretien
It was an online interview, and the interviewers were nice, asked me about my experiences on my resume, along with some simple technical questions related to my projects as well.
Overall, very professiona and conversational. There were lots of questions regarding skillsets, the previous jobs in the resume, school projects, the process of working, the starting date, etc. About an hour long, with a Q&A towards the end. It extended over the time period, also included a brief firm tour.

Lots of open-ended questions. Good balance of technical and leadership questions. Ample time for questions at the end. Would recommend applying in the future. Has a large variety of engineering positions.
