Entretien
Quick and to the point. They know what they want. I first applied online, and added people on linked in. They them emailed me to set up a skype interview. Soon after the interview they contacted me again with an offer. They then referred me to HR and she sent the official offer. they gave me a few weeks to respond

Question 1
They want to make sure you have a wide range of skill sets and if you don't, they appreciate having the ability to learn quickly. They also asked things like if you are able to find housing in there area and what makes you a good fit for their firm
They started off by asking about me as a person so that they could get to know me better. They want to make sure that you are a good fit for their office culture.
They then asked about me to run through my portfolio (my guess is that it was to show presentation skills as well as how passionate you are about the field.)
Overall, very professiona and conversational. There were lots of questions regarding skillsets, the previous jobs in the resume, school projects, the process of working, the starting date, etc. About an hour long, with a Q&A towards the end. It extended over the time period, also included a brief firm tour.

Entretien
Lots of open-ended questions. Good balance of technical and leadership questions. Ample time for questions at the end. Would recommend applying in the future. Has a large variety of engineering positions.
Great person very friendly and curious to my work very open and transparent about the company and what they expect from intern in architecture school bachelors level and the project types they were currently doing and planning on working on in the future
