Scheduler called and asked to schedule a time for an in-person interview. It was a panel interview, only 1 round. Did not hear from them for 3 weeks and was told the position was put on hold.

Very straight forward interview process. I got the sense that they were an extremely close knit team, more behavioral questions than actual skill based (it was for an entry level role).

Entretien
3 step interview process. Just phone interview with recruiter, followed by interview with department and regional accountant a week later. Last interview the next week with department accountant again and another member of team. Each interview is easy and asks about your day to day tasks in current work. Very conversational style. not intimidating. Process is taking over a month.
