There are 3 round 1.HR 2 Branch head 3 cluster head then HR will call and update about your interview and offer. Then if u have any dilemma about offer than they will revise too and generate new offer
It's was smooth and depend on communication skills mostly. And also how you represent yourself to the HR. They will mostly see how you can convince the clients. We can crack the interview very easily.

It was Direct Interview through campus placement, it was a very hectic day, I was waiting for my term from 8:30 am, got done with my interview at 7:15 pm

Aptitude / Written Test (mainly for freshers)
Basics of maths, reasoning, English, and banking awareness.
Technical / Functional Interview
Questions on banking concepts, products, customer handling, and role-related knowledge.
HR Interview
Focus on communication, attitude, confidence, culture fit, and career goals.
Final Offer & Background Verification
Offer letter, document check, and joining formalities.
