The second time, the initial communication was with the hiring manager because he remembered me from the first time. Both times, it was radio silence after talking to the hiring manager. Which was disappointing because the very least I expected after two separate occasions was some news on whether or not they’d move forward with me. Recently saw an opening for the same position yet again. Making it the fourth time in about a 7-8 month period. At this point. I have to wonder if the team is expanding or if there’s a high employee turnover. Or if they simply have no intention of filling the position and are just harvesting resumes instead. In any case, the whole thing seems very weird and sketchy.
