Found my résumé online, had a phone interview with the RSM. Where he asked me about my background and knowledge of the industry. Back and forth conversation about the position and my work experience. He informed me he would like to have another phone interview where he would ask more tangible questions.
Second interview, was based on situations in the job role and previous experiences in job roles that showed how I overcame obstacles. Also what I did when faced with problems, and how to overcome them.
Third interview was faced to face with the RSM again . We casually talked more about the position where I got more information on what the job entailed; and what they were looking for.
Fourth and final was a phone interview with VP of Healthcare. She asked the same situational questions in interview two, however in more depth. Wanted to know my sales history to see if this would be a easy transition since there is little to no training for this position.
