The overall experience was disappointing due to inconsistent communication and frequent back-and-forth. I completed two rounds of interviews, after which communication abruptly stopped. I followed up twice before receiving a response that I was not selected. However, just two days later, I was informed that they did want to move me forward to a final interview. On the day of the scheduled interview, it was canceled due to an emergency. After a week without updates, I followed up again and was then told the role requirements had changed and I was no longer being considered.

All interviews were conducted through the phone. First call was a short, general interview. The second call was more technical interview which were oriented around security procedures, rote knowledge, and hypothetical scenarios. The third call was the job offer.
