The interview process was lengthy & very thorough. I had 4 hour-long phone interviews with the HR recruiter, two other HR Regional Managers and the VP of HR. I also had an hour-long face to face interview with the Regional VP and a District Manager. I was impressed by the quality of the interview questions - which were very geared towards behavior & situational responses. Definitely no fluff questions! Ultimately they went with another candidate, which was disappointing, I would have loved to join such a dynamic & growing organization!

Easy process to set up a first screen; in the screen, the recruiter stated the salary range which is different than what they have IN THE POSTING. I told the recruiter that their new amount is significantly lower than what I currently earn now. Interview ended with us agreeing this is not a match. Seems very deceptive…

The interview process was very detailed. It consisted of multiple in person and phone interviews as well as a plant tour. All interviewers where very detailed in their description of the position and asked many questions to get to know you as a person. Overall one of the best interview processes I've gone through.
