Interview was genuine and to the point. Technical skills were completely assessed from the candidate skillset as stated in CV. Panel was polite and asked most of the things from the CV

HR wont respond to your emails, calls. They will hurry you to join as if the project is starting from tomorrow.
No proper roles explanation before the joining. After joinining you will put in some roles which you may not like.
