Hiring was pretty much very simple as it was the initial stage of L1, company did not require very much technical guys as it was cath and dispatch work which we came to know later on as I was not from an IT background along with others.however the compy should have seen the certification and given a track which also did not happen and later on no certified new resources were hired for doing technical job for CISCO.... strange but true..
