There was a VERSANT round.
Minimum score was expected to achieve to step for the next round of HR.
Some basic questions like:
tell me about yourself
what u did last weekend?
how did u celebrate your last b'day?
Any random topic to speak on...
HR will test your pronunciation.
They easily scheduled the interview but after interview they didn't respond to calls and Emails. I have given the interview in HCL but no response from the HR. HCL hiring process is very bad they will not tell you about your interview feedback.
Simple interview process for freshers Aptitude, 2 technical round, 1 HR round
Technical round is about the things you learnt in college and HR round will be simple question like are you willing to relocate and been able to work on shifts

Training will be provided for the technical interview, which basically involves testing your proficiency in the English language and how to deal with a caller, then a test will be conducted online before the on-site interview
