Interview difficulty was moderate. There were two rounds of interview and one HR round in the beginning. The first round was with hiring managers, questions were around overall bid process, previous experience and basic concepts such as SDLC, Agile PM etc. Second round was with leadership team, it was a short round of 15 Mins with basic introduction followed by typical old school interview questions like, Why should we hire you? What value will you bring to our organization etc. HR took like forever to issue acceptance letter after notifying offline.

The Interview process started well but the the panelists were bit rude and ignorant.
Late night interviews during such difficult time and on top of that the panelists were pretty arrogant and rude.
If candidate is not able to answer a question, the panelist should either move on to next question or tell the candidate that they can learn xyz thing and train themselves instead of demeaning the candidate which is anot professional.
