      J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez HCLTech (Pune City) en sept. 2018

      Typical Walkin on Weekend, Pune: 1st Round: 1st of all, the interviews are very mismanaged at HCL. They take interviews in cubicles next to each other, you will be able to hear and will be constantly disturbed by the other people sitting in next cubicles. Very irritating, but somehow I managed to crack the interview. HR informed that I was selected for next round but due to high number of people that day, 2nd round will not happen now, it will happen next week. 2nd Round: Next week I had to call multiple time to remind for 2nd round, which again was miscommunicated twice. Seconf round surprisingly by the same panel who took my 1st round, because I knew the name of panel. Exactly same questions as 1st round, and they asked me if I would be comfortable with a particular location. Client facing interview: Next I recieved call from HR informing me that the offer is being rolled out, before that I need to meet the client, this part is not mentioned before ever. I take half day off, and attend this office of HCL, and I am asked to fo to the client. As soon as I heard the client's name, I said, I am already working for them, to which client said, you will be on HCL payroll and don't need to worry about that. I meet the client and also inform him about the scene. Now client is furious on HCL as in why was this not considered before, during the client interview, and client apologized for making me come all the way there. Later HCL said they will check with client and legal team if this is OK. and since then no calls again from HCL HRs. I followed up on email and calls, no reponse. I called a senior HR who picked up my call unknowingly, and said legal team has asked not to take my candidature ahead with that Client. to which I said why not consider me for other client. He said we have opening for your profile only in this account. I wasted my time, and so much efforts on this interview process. Pathetic recruitment process, and unprofessional behavior from HR. Very disappointing.

      hr round and technical round with manager two rounds of interview . and then hr updates you if your selected or not. the calls occurs within one weeks time. and the hr enquires on current ctc and expected ctc. the hr gives you a clear statement of how the salary will be.

      The process was an in-person, full-day interview at the HCL office. It began with a hackathon as a group of 5 people, where we designed and developed a complete end-to-end architecture for a delivery application. This was followed by a one-on-one technical interview. A few days later, the HR department reached out and offered me the job.

      Interview was normal, basic questions. Just prepare basics and you can crack the interview. First you will be asked to introduce your self, then work history, like what did you do in your previous org. Like roles and responsibilities. Then followed by basics of the subject that you applied for.
