Atrended Direct F2F interview. The HR department (Talent Acquisition) are very good and very friendly. They are very helping minded. But the person who taking technical interview, those guys doesn't be serious. They are asking some silly questions and going out for 1 hr. Those technical recruiter doesn't have that much knowledge.

The Job description itself was misleading, it said Job interview is for development role. And they took interviewed me for the same in the first round. In the second round manager started playing games, he said I need to prove myself to get development work till then I should work in validation. Why should I prove after working as developer for 10 years. I even agreed for that. Just 3 days before joining I was told my offer is in hold. It happened to many people. Luckily I had a backup offer.

Applied through off campus. Cleared written exam and programming test.
Have asked only acadamics and resume based questions. Interview panels are well profesional and in depth knowledge about my skills.
