WASTED MY TIME Because of lack of coordination between HR and Interviewer. There was lot of mismanagement in the interview process. HR called me at 10 but interview took place at 12, Had to 2 hours as the interviewers started to come at 10:30. I was called for core Java developer position but interviewer asked if I know how to design MySql database then he told me to leave as they are looking for "Specific SKILLS". In my resume nowhere MySql database was mentioned, they should not have called me at the first place if the skill set was not matching.
