This is one of the worst interview i have attended. People at HCL, they dont value aspirants time and energy. They have very bad people management. In the call letter it was mentioned that interview will have two rounds 1 -1 technical round and one HR round and was informed that it's scheduled interview and be there by 10am. I was on time for the interview and was shocked to see such a long queue of candidates. We were made to wait outside for minimum 30 minutes. Around 10:30 , 10:45 we entered the company building where they collected our resume. From there waiting story continued till 2pm but interview never happened. What can be worse than this , whole day got wasted. Around 2 we were told to take online test which was for like 1hr 30 mins and were told that they will get back later. My advice here is 1. It's not possible to conduct the interview for 750+ candidates in one day. Please do invite the candidates in batches. Dont disappoint them . Your interview mode frustrates them more. 2. If it's scheduled pls make sure it's scheduled interview not the walk in where the candidates are flocked in one room waiting for the interview to happen 3. Please try to filter as many as candidates by conducting online tests before the interview date
