Poor candidate experience = zero follow-up after interview
I went through their interview process and never received any response or feedback afterward. Despite reaching out to follow up, the company completely ignored my communication. There was no rejection email, no update on my application status, and no acknowledgment of my time invested in the process.
Ghosting candidates after an interview reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and respect for applicants. Even a brief automated response would have been better than complete silence. This kind of communication failure makes it difficult to recommend this company to other job seekers.
Advice to company: Candidates dedicate significant time and effort to your interview process. The least you can do is close the loop even a one-line rejection email is better than leaving people in the dark indefinitely.
