The interview process was very simple. They conducted a f2f interview as 1st round. In this round the candidates were asked to speak about a topic for 5 mins. This round is mainly to test our communication skills. Next the candidates who got selected in 1st round were asked to attend an online aptitude test. It is a 1 hour online test consisting of sections like English, quantitative ability, analytical and basic computer knowledge. They said that those who clear these 2 rounds will get an offer from hcl.

Hr round was like just confirming the status of us.It was overall very good interview.

I have cleared all the 3 rounds and i got selected.
But i didn't recieved offer letter i an waiting for the offer letter
