good and easy, was called on phone call, then scheduled a interview, they asked simple questions as i was fresher just after pass out. lot of training, almost 6 months for technical skills and communication skills as you have to communicate with people in Western countries

The interview process of medium not very hard. It was medium because of the package they were offering. and the hiring manager asked a lot of questions, but they are not too in depth.
